Question: the only way to lose weight is to eat a well-balanced diet (try to get all of the food groups) and get plenty of exercise. try to stay away from saturated and trans fats and simple carbs(sugars) and be sure to eat plenty of fruits and veggies. just concentrate on being more healthy and the weight will come off with it. and you should only lose around 1-2 pounds a week because more than that can be unhealthy.

exersise, drink a lot of water!! drinking water is the key to burning fat!! try to stay away from carbs and get lots of fiber!!
Exercise??? Just put a cap on the junk and go jogging every day i guess.
