How do you get shapely muscles quickly?!

I can't do a single pullup. i am 100 pounds

100 situps
9th grade
Height 5'2''
I am the shape of a nerd.
I am very flexible. But i need muscular Strength and muscular endurance. What excersizes do you recommend. And for how long every day?
I eat very little because i don't have too much of an appetite. How do i develop a better apetite? By excersizing?
I am in 9th grade.

You need to eat 5-6 small meals a day. Eat some protein with each meal! Cut out all refined sugar!!! Also add more fiber. The fiber and protein will fill you up, helping you to cut down on your unhealthy eating. Also by eating more than 3 meals spread out through the day you will kick your metabolism in high gear. Here is a general meal for a day:
Breakfast: 2 poached eggs
whole wheat toast
1/2 cup fruit
Snack: Cottage Cheese with veggie
Lunch: Turkey, lettuce, tomato, whole wheat bread sandwich
1/2 cup fruit
Snack: Protein Shake
Dinner: Turkey Burger ( no bun )
Side of brown rice
Side of Broc.
Then exercise regularly 4-5 days a week. Do both cardio and lifting. But on days that you do both. Do lifting before your cardio and you will maximize your fat burn.
So Example :
Monday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
Tuesday - 1 hour lifting
Wednesday - Rest
Thrusday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
Friday - 1 hour lifting
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio

you may feel like eating is a chore and wish you didn't ahve to do it. A lot of people feel that way. But your body is like a car. You ahve to give it energy to make it run. So, eat carbs...good carbs. Bread is always a good choice but man cannot survive or bread alone. You also need protein but stay away from fatty meats. Red meat is...not so good.
Yu want to build body mass. Go to your local GNC~ and tell them what you want and they can give you something to make daily shakes from. I suggest you go to a gym and just talk to someone. Tell them you can't join a gym right now yoiu just want some basic info to get you started and when your out of highschool you will join but for now you have your highschool gym to work out in.
