HELP! i have weird eating problems!?!
Question: i have really weird eating problems,
i HATE eating and i eat SOOOO much and i know i will feel fat afterwards but i still eat alot anyways!
my mom thinks i dont eat enough but i keep gaining weight even when i barely eat for a week!!
when i stand up and start walking i get really dizzy and then i black out and i have to hole onto something so i dont fall over,
Sometimes i think about throwing up after i eat but im too afraid......everyone i hear who had an eating disorder said it was an easy way to maintain the figure they wanted.
I usually start my day with healthy things and only enough,
like today for breakfast i had lettuce and watermelon,
then as the day went on i got so bored and i stared eating:
-3 slices of pizza
-more watermelon
-nuts
-and 3 kudos bars,
now i feel SO fat!!
im almost squezzing out of a size 5 @ hco,
and im a whopping 140 lbs!
I really want to eat only a little and not eat alot later!
help!

Look at the food guide.
For breakfast eat cottage cheese with strawberrys, have veggies as a snack, then maybe a sandwhich for lunch with someone milk, and a peice of low fat meat or something.
Just, your not fat.
I'm a size 3 and 135 pounds! I used to be aneroxic, it's so not worth it, you have to find yourself, and that's not a lot of food, your growing, you have these spurts of food. It's okay, I swear, just try not to over eat or under eat.
If you get bored, watch TV while lifting a water bottle up and down. It does mircales. :]
How tall are you? Anyways, you can't go through the day eating only veggies. You need protein(meat) carbs(bread) and fats(yes fats like nuts) If you're blacking out you are definitely NOT eating enough. If you are feeling fat after eating normally, go to a doctor.
reall how tall are you cuz im 155 and barely in a size 10
