Overweight question?!


Question: So my frien Natty is extremly worried about her weight.
She asked me to help her but i don't really know that much so here it goes...
She is 15, 5'4" and weights about 1550-155 is she overwight or is she just worring too much?

tell your friend, that she's not really too much over weight, but if she's interested in trimming a few lbs, she'll need to start eating a healthy diet and exercising regularly.

i recommend starting a weight training regimen 2-3 days per week (females can't get big by this because they don't have enough testosterone) which will boost your metabolism and tighten up your body.

next i would perform cardio 3-4 times per week, but switch it up between low, medium, and high intensity. make sure you stretch at night before you go to bed also.

drink lots of water, get plenty of rest, and consume less calories than you burn (no less than 1400), and the lbs will melt off. good luck!

stop eating sugar

you should go to the gym with her so she knows that you are there with her at all times and that she isnt the only one who needs to loose weight (even if you don't, she might feel bad about herself and it will be good for her if she knows that many other people do also)

if she is 5'4 yes she definetly overwieght but barely she just needs to go on a little diet and exerscize more 0u0

tell her to join weight watchers. its cheap, only $16 a month, and she just needs to count her points.
