How do I stay committed to getting in shape???!

Question: My new year's resolution was to get in shape, but here's the problem. i never have time (too busy with work and school), and when i do exercise, the dates are scattered. one week, i workout for 3 days then stop, another week, i only do it once a week, where another week, i work out eery day. hw can i stay committed to a steady workout plan that wont affect my schedule??? i dont live near any gyms too. how can i stay committed to this?

do everyday things but give them an athletic twist. park farther away from the grocery store, concert, school, etc. and then jog there. do crunches during commercial breaks, sit on an excersize ball at home and do homework. eat healthier foods. and when you have downtime, do actual activities like sports, running, and weightlifting. hope i helped! :)

The bathroom scale and the full length mirror. You step on the scale every morning, then walk over to the mirror totally naked. That should motivate you.

Buy some fitness DVD's &/or equipment if you have the money.

Stop making excuses. You have to adjust your schedule.

The number one most important thing is to create habits.
Like five sit-ups a day.
Whatever exercise you do, keep it short; you may not get any noticeable results, but until you find the time, you will be creating habits (three months maybe), it will feel weird not to exercise.
