How to learn to do the splits in a week?!


Question: i am a cheerleader and i have always been afraid to try to do the splits but now that i am ready to learn i cant figure out how to work myself into the splits so i need some basic tips on how to do the splits. PLEASE DO NOT TELL ME TO DO YOGA! also i do not know what cardiac is so if you tell me to do that then explain to me what that is cause no one will tell me. THANK YOU! i really do appreciate the advice.

well. i learned the hard way to do a split. my friend pushed me down. not a fun hospital trip.
but you need to strech out your legs in all ways possible spread them apart and reach from side to side. any kinda leg strech. then everyday. go lower and lower until you feel comfortable. preparing your body for the splits.

I was a cheerleader. They tough us to lay on your back but your buttom to the wall and let your legs fall until you can feel the pull. then slow, pull them down on the wall. When you try to get up it really hurts. I hope this makes sence. good luck.
