I want to lose at least 5 more inches by Easter... without effecting my milk sup!

Question: I watch what I eat most of the time... I exercise on the treadmill for at least 30 min. I don't have money to got to the gym or do weight training. Does anybody know any exercises that will make me lose the weight? Maybe an herbal remedy?

increase your treadmill time to at least 45 minutes.
look into purchasing a yoga tape, if you can, or attend a yoga class. it has a blend of strengthening and stretching exercises that will benefit you overall.
stay away from herbal remedies if you are breastfeeding. do not go that route. even herbal remedies can affect your baby.
increase your dairy intake, such as yogurt, cheese and skim milk.
do crunches, lunges, and other pilates moves that will help as well.
