Why am I not losing weight?!
Question: I have been keeping track of my calorie intake for the past 2 week and despite eating about 1000 kcal less than what I am
allowed to eat; I have am not losing weight.
Based on my life style (pretty much seated work) allowed calorie intake is 1812 + 800:
I have also been doing exercise: 10 mins cardio + 40 mins weights.
I need to lose 8Kg.
Any ideas why am I not losing weight.

im like you, but i started doing more cardio and less weights and i lost a good bit of weight. also muscle weighs more than fat. i would do 1 hr. cardio if possible and 25-35 minutes of weights if possible. if you can only choose one to do, do cardio
if u wana loose weight do more cardio and full body exercises(swiming is the best full body) thenweight.
switch it up, you have to do 20 minutes weights and 30 minutes cardio.....MINIMUM a day, but alternate weights to every other day (do your legs one day, arms the next, and then legs the next day....) every time you do weight, your muscles tear a little bit, and you need to let them rest a day and repair, because when they repair they get stronger
