How many lbs can i lose from now to may??!
Question: i weigh 156 and i am 5' 4'' this is really overweight and i aknowledge that i am overweight. i have already lost about 2 lbs since jan 5 and i work out everyday now.i have no weight goal, because everyones body is different and i dont wanna lose an unhealthy amount so with that in mind how much do you think i should/could lose by may 31st . my motivation is to impress my family when i go back home this summer. i have fat around my belly, arms, thighs and neck, does anyone know if i can lose that excess fat by may 31st????

I would say you can lose anywhere from 5-40 pounds! I would say probably around 126!
you can probably weigh around 129 by may if you exercise and eat right.
Probably around 125.. you should tone up more then lose weight--if you wanna look healthier..
20 or more if u lose a pound a week
