Grape seeds oils vs olive oil?!
Question: Yesterday I baught a bottle of olive oil and I got a free small bottle of Grapes seeds oil for free with it, the tast of olive oil is better I think, but am very interested to know which is better for health? Details of benefit and disadvantages of both will be appreciated.

Both are loaded with Omegas. Olive oil is best for flavor, while grape seed has a higher vitamin E content. In cooking, grape seed can be heated to higher temps before burning.

Olive oil is healthier. I'm a health nut like you, and I'm sure of this. To be totally honest, I forgot how I know, but I used to wonder the same thing, and eventually found out that olive oil is indeed healthier, although, grape seed oil is still very beneficial to your body.
olive oil is great to cook with, i use it exclusively. for grape seed oil, is good too when you want to use it in a salad dressing blend. its really great for your skin inside n out. :)
use the grape seed oil as a carrier oil for essential oils in aromatherapy massage. never use pure essential oils "neat" without diluting in this way.
Use the olive oil for cooking. Extra virgin olive oil is best. Add a knob of butter to olive oil in a frying pan to stop it burning and spitting; keep heat lower with olive oil than with vegetable oil.
BOTH are better than that crappy vegetable oil
