Less hungry with exercise?!
Question: ever since i started doing the stationary bike for 40-90 minuts everyday, I have eaten way less food! but the thing is, i'm already pretty small for my height, but i just don't feel hungry! i eat when i do get hungry but i doubt that i eat more than 800 calories per day. i know this is bad, but has it happened to anyone else? i don't have any type of eating disorder, trust me, i just don't feel hungry.

Well, that's fabulous that you don't feel hungry but everything I've read is that you should take in at least 1,200 calories a day. Are you sure you're calculating your calories correclty?
