An hour on the treamill , help please?!
Question: I'm very determined to lose weight and like to make the most out of mike workouts. I've been doing an hour of cardio few the past few weeks. within that hour of cardio i walk/jog.
Tonight if I up the intensity but shorted the time to 30 minutes, will this be just as Effective as an hour of walk/jogging.

i would recommend that you do 45 minutes of cardio. your body is really starting to burn fat at 30 minutes, take it another 15 for the best results. running will definitely be better than walking or jogging though.
no just eat right and job/walk an hour a day and get good sleep. sleep has alot to do with it
Yes. It will. An hour is likely overdoing it, in the long run for sure, it is a bit unrealistic for your average person, IMHO. Do 30 mins with your heart rate on the upper end, say 70-75% of your maximum heart rate, if normally you are at 50%. (I'm assuming you are in decent to good physical condition.)
If you don't know your heart rate, take it. Do it often. Here's a link. http://www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/physical...
If you're diet is awesome, this will do it.
