wow, i dont think you are fat...but if you want to lose weight run daily for 30 minutes and then lift weights and do crunches and pushups. cut out soda and all junk food. eat lots of fruits and veggies!!!
Add lifting weights to your running. It will build muscle which will burn more calories.
But 180 for 6'1" sounds like a good weight. How much fat do you have on you now?
