I need to gain weight and muscle! Really Tall and Very Fast metabolism?!
Question: Hi,
I am 190cm in height and about 72kg in weight(Underweight), 16 years old with a very fast metobolism. Im trying to gain more weight and more muscle fast. I have a big body(i think its called large bone structure or something) but im kinda skinny.
I Need help on my diet,exercises and other useful information

Early to bed Early to rise firstly ( 11 pm max and 7 am)
Body building excercises with assistance of someone qualified
Creatin monohydrat+ abundant water
Aminoacids + protein powders
Less sugar, Less carbonhydrats before sleeping ( some researchs shows that taking cHs before sleeping decreases growty hormone amount)
Good quality sleep without any kind of light (For melatonin)
45 minutes training three times in a week
All these above are the keys of gaining muscle, you can only get shape in this or You have to try fat gaining Processes :...)
