You just need to start doing abdominal exercises and that will help you to tone up your stomach muscles, as you definitely don't need to lose weight. Start doing stomach crunches either using a fit ball as you will see results a bit faster on a bench or on the floor

About 10 % of your bodyweight. Look at following website. It will tell you if you need to lose any or just work out for 20 mins a day. Its either that or are you trying to put yourself in the shop window!

you dont need to lose anything just do some sit ups every day if you wanna tone your stomach good luck

i don't think that you should lose any weight at all by the way you have described yourself , however to get a flatter tum you should do some exercise aimed at your tum muscles maybe you could take up something like skiing as that is good for you and it will tone all of you ...... Good luck Richard

Swimming is the single best exercise for toning up. It burns off far more calories than doing sit ups and the resistance of the water will tone up pretty much every inch of your body.

Being a man your stats. seem just about perfect. There is nothing wrong with a little rounded tummy.

If you loose weight your stomach may go a bit saggy, but if you do excercises if will losse the weight and tone it up. You really do need to do excercises rather than loose weight for your stomach

unfortunatly you cant choose where your weight goes but try some tummy crunches
