My body is freaky weird?!
Question: i dont know what to do. My BMI is a shocking 33. Im 21 y/o female.
I have a UK size 16 top and Size 14/16 waist but i have 34GG breasts. I have skinny legs and arms?? Fat tummy, wide hips, medium tights, good bum, thin face, broad shoulders ... nothing matches at all.
My body is not a normal shape. i cant dress right, nothing fits, noone makes clothes to fit a freak like me, i dont know what to do. even if i loose the weight im still going to be all wierdly shaped.
Please dont say be happy with what you have as i dont biologicaly have a correct body, im made up of about 10 different people.

You could join a really good health club - one that is affiliated with your hospital or something. They might be able to do a 7 point BMI for you, which could give you a more realistic idea of what it really is and what you need to do. Stretching and training should help you build up your arms and legs better and reduce your waist. If your breasts don't reduce after that you might wish to consider breast reduction surgery. It sounds painful!

Exercise or work out. If it doesn't help, at least you're still doing some good for your body (as in health).
Or ask a professional. I don't know who though. A doctor or personal trainer maybe.
