Do I get sufficient vitamin A by eating raw carrots?!
Question: I like eating raw carrots because I feel it is healthy...
But do I get enough (daily intake or more) vitamin A by eating them raw as opposed to cooked?
I've searched the internet for almost an hour to answer this question... Some sources say your body can't use vitamin A from raw carrots at all, and some sources say the intake is somewhat less than cooked, but still a lot more than advised daily intake.
What is the right answer?
(I also read eating them with fat or oil also seems to contribute)

Carrots are loaded in Vitamin A, whether raw or cooked, since Vitamin A is a fat-soluble nutrient. Be careful not to ingest too much Vitamin A, as it can lead to certain health problems. You should consume no more than about one serving of carrots daily.
