I read that apples give you energy
foods rich in iron can help give an extra boost like brocoli and liver there are many more but i cant think of them there will be websites available. eating carbs (pasta potato rice) earlier in the day is a source of energy and if you eat them earlier in the day you have the rest of the day to burn them of so you dont end up gaining weight. and water drinking water helps the body flush out the bad toxins leaving you with everything you need to give you a natural high
