Ummm...If you didn't want lectures you shouldn't have come to this site. What you are doing sounds extremely unhealthy. I am not a doctor, but it sounds a lot like anorexia. If you only eat 400 calories a day, it is NOT anywhere near enough to provide your body with the energy you need, especially if you go to the gym twice a day! I am surprised you haven't collapsed already. You are going to burn out at that rate. You will not be able to keep going like you are. You are going to do damage to your body. I know you didn't want a lecture, but any responsible person can't see someone post a comment like this and ignore it. Please, take my advice and talk to a nutritionist or something. Find out what you should really be eating.

What you're doing to yourself is very very dangerous for your health, no matter what age you are. Losing a pound and a half to two pounds a week is a very safe weight loss. With the way you're doing it, you're asking for a lot of dangerous health issues, plus, once you stop losing, chances are, you'll gain it all back very quickly and then some. Sounds like you're a prime candidate for becoming anorexic. At the rate you're going, you will lose important muscle mass which will have serious repercussions for you. The truth is, the more muscle you gain, the more calories you burn. Muscle weighs more than fat, so if you're only considering what you weigh as opposed to how toned and lean you are with muscle, you're going about weight loss the wrong way. I wish you the best.

ummm... Well based on how much you eat a day and how much you go to the gym you probably would lose up to 3-6 Lbs.
(which isn't really good.)
