I want to feel better about myself and my eating habits, and lose 5 pounds.?!


Question: So do you have any recomendations or tips on how to eat and excersise. I'm not fat but I've gained a little weight lately and I would be more confident if I was 5 pounds lighter.

Hey girl!
Breakfast: 2 egg whites, one piece of whole grain toast and real butter, fruit, water

Snack: string cheese, and apple (or other fruit)

Lunch: Turcky sandwich on pita bread with baked chips

Snack: Handfull of nuts and carrots and ranch

Dinner: grilled fish (Tilapia) & grilled veggies!

Its ok to EAT just depends on what is it! Try to stick to water and cut out all soft drinks and fast food! As far as exercise the easiest thing to do it just walk a few miles a day! Good luck girl!

I gained a lot too so I decided to have a frui diet and its effective..I stop eating rice and I just eat fish lean meat and at nigth I'll make sure that I will only eat fruits like watermelon oranges etc etc..And I lose 5 lbs after and also Im doing an abdominal crunch everyday.And im still loosing my lbs and it feels gud to me and im proud of that
