I want to gain Muscle?!

i do 100 cruches a night

crunches don't work out your whole body. sorry. if you don't have a membership to a gym, then get the book Toning for Teens. it's a great book, and you get muscle. you should get it out of the library to make sure you really want it first. i did it, and i really got muscle! but if you do have a membership to a gym, then i would go there and use the weight machines. work your upper body one day, and your lower the next. or if you don't go everyday, then just work everything when you do get a chance to go. also you should try running. that really helps to tone and give you muscle on every part of your legs! good luck!

You have to start strength training.
Crunches do nothing for you. The only way to lose flab is diet.

I would lift weights for all body parts 2-3 times a week.

Also you are going to have to modify your diet
