First of all, calm down. One binge isnt going to ruin your whole diet plan.
Second, just walk it all off tomorrow. In the morning, or whenever you get home or whatever, walk a mile to wherever (A park, a Subway-choose fat free of course, a store) rest and drink lots of water, then walk back. try to walk fast or even jog. And keep on your diet. You shouldnt see much of a weight gain.
Plus, an occasional binge isnt so bad. Just keep sticking to your diet, but give yourself an occasional treat. If you let yourself have, lets say, an ice cream cone at the end of each month, you wouldn't crave it AS much and you would be less likely to binge, see. Just let yourself have your fav thing u arent eating once every month. It isnt horrible.

that's why super restrictive diets don't work b/c u deprive ur self for so long and it's inevitable that u'll binge. i recommend getting some whole grains, fruits veggies and lean meats in ur diet and it'll work a lot better in the long run.

You might gain a pound or 2 back but I doubt you'll gain the full 10 pounds back.
Your weight is actually fine for you height.

Since you binged you might want to consider a lifestyle change instead of a diet. Those Weight Watcher's commercials aren't lying.
You lose weight at a slower pace with a lifestyle change but you're more likely to keep the weight off.

OKay.. don't worry. You aren't going to gain weight becuz of one night.

But you have to start doing some different, otherwise this is going to happen more often.

What I do is eat really healthy all day.. not any junk, and real low calorie foods. Then almost everynight I go out with a McD's ice cream cone... since they are only 150 calories. I look foward to it all day... it's a reward for being good. Find a low calorie sweet thing you can have every night... so you will have something foward to look for, and it will allow you to be good rest of the day :)
