No. It makes you annoying.

Seriously, don't be a bulimic.

It rids you not only of a personality, but of other attractive qualities.

Sure, you may become slightly thinner but you are also more prone to having yellow teeth [ew] and and scars on your fingers.
The acid also is really bad for your stomach/throat. It basically burns the inside of you.

And besides, bulimia is the process of binge eating followed by throwing up, which doesn't get rid of all the calories you just ate - so many people with this eating disorder don't lose any weight at all.

It's really just a 'trick the scale' game.
Meaning your scale tells you that you weigh less after you throw up, when in fact, you do not.

EDIT: The best thing to do is eat healthy and exercise three times a week.
A little goes a long way.
And exercise will KEEP the weight off, whereas eating disorders 'keep weight off' for a short amount of time.

i was bulimic but i always feel sick and gross so its def not the way to go, and it makes you skinny but super weak and it sucks.

i wouldnt want to find out it is and addiction

yes, and it is like a disease, one you got it your stuck with it for life unless you get treated severly......... and you can get deathly sick and no one could help you...... so... live and eat right and exercise, or become deathly ill and die??!!??

It makes you sickly, ugly with black circles under your eyes and makes your teeth rot. Glamorous, eh?

Well, it rots your teeth and makes your hair fall out, so I guess you'd lose a little weight that way.

OMG Dont be bullemic. that is the worst thing to do for your body. your body needs stuff to digest so you need to eat. if you dont it will start using your insides an soon use your key organs and kill you. Just eat 3 meals a day and lite healthy snacks inbetween every meal and keep excercising and ull be fine

just dont eat at all...thats what I did and I look great =)

Bulimia is an EATING DISORDER which can lead to someone having feelings of shame and low self esteem. Having an eating disorder is not cool, many people suffer with bulimia. It has a serious health affect on your body. If you think you are bulimic, seek help.

Yes - bulimia will make you thin, but in a horrible way. Besides, I checked your Body Mass Index (BMI) online, and it was 21.9 which is very healthy. Overweight is 25+, underweight is below 18. Bulimia destroys the lining of your esophagus and also rots out your teeth. After a while, your body will start to throw up after a meal whether you want to or not. Bulimia is EXTREMELY dangerous - wanting to lose weight is a totally normal thing, but please do it the healthy way! Continue with your exercise and diet and you should see results :)

Bulimia makes you sick. Not thin. Bulimia forces your muscles to eat themselves...I hate how people even think of this as a solution, your body will eat your muscle mass before it eats your fat deposits. So... go on a diet, don't eat 2 hours before you go to bed, and get some exercise. Throwing up your food will just ruin your teeth and destroy your esophagus

It can. However, because you're throwing up all the time, acid from your stomach burns away at the lining of your throat. If you continue to, you can start fainting, general dizziness, and throwing up blood. It can also cause respiratory damage.

Please talk to a friend or a trusted adult. Being skinny isn't everything. I'm 5'1, 135 pounds. I don't see m extra weight as a bad thing, there's just more of me to love.

Not always... there hav been some cases that the host of bulimia's body grew thin while their stomach began to swell at an alarming rate... so if little twig arms and a basketball stomach is wat ur willing to risk then i say go for it, its your life...

Bulimia isn't something you can just do. It's an eating disorder which makes you think that your always fat no matter what weight you are. Don't even try to be bulimic. I know from experience that it's horribly painful. It makes it difficult to exercise because you have no energy. It can also lead to other illnesses such as Mono(when you sleep for more than 12 hours a day).

we can say eat healthy cuz eventually ur throwing it up -_- ur fine just eat healthy (without throwing up, and also my friend tried and almost died and was hospitalized) and work out

Not necessarily. Most bulimics look the same as far as weight goes but when you look at their teeth... Yuck! The damage of constantly throwing up will destroy the enamel and your teeth will decay until you have very little left. It also takes a huge toll on your health. You are not overweight. Just keep up the exercise and eat well.

dont go bulimic...ullkill urself...exercie more if u already eat healthy...dot be an effing dumbass and kill urself just to lose weight...

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't do this. If you want to lose weight and be healthy just do it the natural way. Being bulimic is a serious problem and can lead to DEATH or even worse a vegetative state for life.

Make sure to eat nutritious foods, eating healthy doesn't always mean your eating nutritiously. Also if it would be better try eating 4 - 6 smaller meals a day instead of 3 large meals. I do this and only eat when I get hungry. Eating slower can help you too. It takes a good 20 minutes for your stomach to tell your brain that it's full so if you take your time you'll be fuller faster and won't eat all that extra food on your plate.

Try to get an aerobic exercise at least 30 minutes 3 times a week. I recommend running, swimming and biking.

Also a good tip that will help you lose some extra weight is to cut out sodas, you can lose up to 12 pounds by doing this! Instead try drinking water, 100% fruit juice, unsweetened teas and low sugar lemonades.
