Please help :(?!


Question: i started a new diet and i was just wondering what i can do to make myself not feel so depressed about it. i have exercised everyday since i started and all i can think about when i do it is why am i even doing this it's not worth it please give me some self motivation tips i need something to keep myself motivated.

Think about your health. You're exercising and eating healthier! You're taking care of yourself & your body. Why do you think it's not worth it? It is very hard to lose weight, stick to a diet & exercise regularly, but if you keep eating healthy & working out you WILL see results. Think of those skinny jeans or that smaller dress size. Put up pictures of you when you are at your happiest on the mirror, on the door, on the ceiling, wherever you will see them. They will keep you motivated, just knowing that you were once that happy.

Also, write a list of what you like about yourself internally and externally. Are you a good friend? Are you good at a sport? Do you have good hair? Do you have a good job or get good grades?

These things always work for me! Also, I like to put on really upbeat music; dancing is fun and a good work out.
