Is it ok if i miss one day, since ive been doing it faithfully so far?

It is good for your body to have a break every now and then, so yes it's okay to take a break. Unless you are a hard core athlete then you should be fine. It's good to give your body time off to rest and recover. Good job on keeping up the exercise!

Yes. Your body actually needs some time to recover. One day is not going to hurt your progress and is actaully healthy. Keep up the good work!

yea itz ok but remember dat u gotta keep eating.
dont go on all those carb diet diets. diz iz bad for ur body.
because ur not making ur metabolism work n giving it any carbs. so youll get ur metabolism use to not doing anything
n then when u wanna eat back to ur normal diet ull gain weight faster. n diz could damage ur metabolism.
