Losing stomach advice?!


Question: well if it is weight loss, the thing that works best for me, is that you get in a push-up position, but instead of having arms fully extended, you have your elbows on the floor, with fore arms flat on ground, then lift your body so that the whole body is straight, and start by doing that for 30 seconds, then take 30 seconds off and do it again, so that for a couple of weeks, and that fat on belly will start melting off.

You cant lose weight in specific spots. You have to burn it all over. The stomach is the last thing to get small which is why everyone wants a flat stomach but not everyone has one. You just need to do tons of cardio. when your Body fat is at 8% you will have abs!
