There are a lot of things that can account for the weight fluctuation. For example, Your body slowly digests throughout the night, until the waste is eliminated you'll have extra weight. During certain times of the month a womans body holds water as well and it is quite normal to gain a few pounds. If you really want an accurate weight count, average it out, say there are 30 days in a month, 15 of them you weigh 100 lbs. for a total of 1500 lbs, 15 of them you weigh 104 lbs. for a total of 1560 lbs. 1500 + 1560 = 3060 divided by the 30 days =102. So, your average weight is 102.

if you eat then sleep you will gain more than 4 pounds..U have to be carefull when and how you eat.u can also gain weight if you dont eat as well..but I think you are prefect..

its fine ...ur weight cant always b the same so it has to adjust...its fine ur not gaining weight, its normal

dont weigh yourself too much cause then you wont know what it really is!

but dont freak out if you stay 104 because your at the age for growing

I'm not sure, I have the same problem. I am 5' 1" and usually weigh 80 lbs, but I can gain or lose as much as 8lbs per day. Somedays I'm as high as 88lbs and others I'm as low as 74 lbs.

It is important not to eat 3 hrs before you go to sleep. That way you body has a chance to digest and be in "sleep mode." Do eat before bed?

Your weight is always fluctuating with water weight and all that. I really wouldn't worry about it, you are still a good weight.

this just happens to some people.

when you wake up, you are most likely to weigh more if you have a lot to eat before sleeping.

in the afternoon, you weigh less because you have been awake all day, your metabolism is up and you haven't been just sleeping the whole time. you burn some of the fat you had from sleeping on a full stomach.

have a small supper but a big breakfast and a medium lunch if you want to keep your weight at 100 the whole day

Why are you checking your weight at 14 enjoy life don't worry about your weight you are perfect the way you are i know it! Hope this helps good luck!
