You probably had a bit too much. Eggnog is a strong drink. Just Relax and breath deeply in and out. I know a friend who has this problem and this is what she does. Just breath in and out and relax. If the pain gets worse i advise you to go and see your local doctor and see what he says.

You mean hurts? I would just wait it out. If you take pepto it might make you throw up? Was it spiked? I personally can only handle a cup and not even that. It is a very rich drink let alone adding alcohol. Good Luck, you might be seeing the porcelain God if you know what I mean. Hope you feel better.
