Trust Me on this one! Its very simple...

Don't eat Wheat .

Wheat specifically adds fat to the stomach. It also builds up and gets stuck inside the intestines. If you stop eating wheat, bloating will go down, and you will shed fat, especially at the stomach. You will notice a difference in the first week.

I know this because I am a trainer.

Also dont eat 2-3 hours before bed.

Make sure you eat a high protein breakfast.

And avoid simple carbs like sugar.

And do cardio and some weights everyday. Ab crunches wont do too much.

Yoga is great! Try out hot Yoga too! If you can sign up 3-4 times a week, you will definatly tone up in time.

Pranayama techniques such as Bhastrika can help too! Check them out!

9) plan to lose weight slowly (1-2 lbs a week), and progressively
overtime increase your
goals!

Hope it helps!

Basically, avoid anything with flavor. Cut the calories, work out (cardio- swimming, running, etc) and drink a lot lot lot of water. Don't get hung up on doing crunches- you can't see abbs if you have fat on top.
Good Luck!!!

well it depends how big it is to start..
if its just toning up you want, then yeah 3 weeks is plenty. do crunches and jogging everyday oh and eat fruit and veg and reduce the carbs you're on your way..

hope i helped.

Ab toning is achievable. Check the page below.

no sugar, low carb, eats smaller meals if you eat now break them in 6 or 7 eatting about even two hrs. You'll also have to exercise with crunkies, kicks, knee raise etc.

To really get your abdominals to show, you must diet and include aerobic exercise in your routine. Exercise without maintaining a diet rich in protein to enhance muscle development, is like having a car without an engine; you get absolutely nowhere.
Concentrate on overall fitness and maintaining a healthy heart.
Nothing beats healthy eating.
Eat a combination of lean protein and healthy carbohydrates every few hours throughout the day to speed up fat loss and maintain stable energy levels. For best results, eat six times a day. Weight train intensely, three times per week on alternating days with aerobic exercise three times per week.

Eat your
Protein from (lean chicken, fish, egg-whites and beans)
Carbs from fruits and vegetables
Drink 10 to 20 glasses water per day NO SODA
Start lifting weights do not worry about bulking up concentrate on total body strength with emphasis on core strength.
