Do you think im FAT honestly. 10 POINTS?!


Question: Ok i know i sound like any other teenage girl, but im having doubts about my friends saying im not fat, cause they seem like their lying.

and then theres other ppl who think im horrendously big .

so ...info.
ok well im almost 15.
and i think im around 5'6
i weigh alot though, im a dancer, well was, i quit recently because of injury, but i have a dancers body * supposeatly*, i have really muscular legs.

ok weight 158 pounds.
(ALOT I KNOW)
but i do work out quite a bit and i think im pretty toned except for my tummy and my arms a little.
but i just wanna know if people would consider me some overweight cow. cause im happy with the way i look. sorta, just i see soo many sites about how fat ppl look bad in skinny jeans and leggings, and i want to know if ppl are secretly laughing at my when i do wear them.

from ur describion you sound normal maby a little big
im a male who plays football and wreslts i have a good bit of mucsle im 5'11 and i can weight from 150-165 my weight changes alot because wrestling

for you to weight 158 it sound like ur a little big but not really fat
but if u have muscle you should be really close to normal
you said that your belly and ur arms are little chubby i have lots of friends same but there not fat witch i wont say there skinny either
if you are that worryed about your weight run some dont skip meal though this can cause weight gain and try to eat smaller amounts of food

i have just calculated your bmi on a bmi calculator and it says your bmi is 25.5.

underweight = 18.5
normal weight = 18.5 - 24.9
overweight = 25 - 29.9
obesity = bmi of 30 or greater

You are probably just big boned because I have come to that conclusion for myself.

I also exercise a lot but weight really means nothing because obviously you have a lot of muscle and big bones.

no ur not fat! My bff (im 10) is 185 and she also is ten, she actually isnt that fat (only a lil lol :P)

If youre really toned, its probably not fat but rather your muscle weight.

I wouldnt say you were fat at all.

According to the BMI, you are fat.

Don't forget, muscle weighs much more than fat, so if you're a strong dancer you will probably weigh more than someone who doesn't get the exercise. There are tons of things that determine whether a person is unhealthy or not, and height and weight aren't really that important. It could depend on your genes or many other things. If you're happy with the way you look, why bother changing? If you're truly concerned, try talking to your doctor.

it depends where the weight goes on your body, my friends 15 going on 16, and she is your weight and height, she eats healthy and does alot of exercise. when she told me what she weighed i didnt believe her, because she dosnt look like shed weigh that.

your weight is probarbly just muscles, you sound pretty healthy to me!

I'm really no sure but honestly don't worry about it,last year i was just under 9 stone and i stopped smoking and am now just over 13 stone and feel great, when i was skinny i was cold all the time and could get blown about in a strong wind,now i have a bit of beef on me i feel really good(basically) its good to be a bit heavy lol

Dancers can be fat too.

i dont think ur fat but then ive neva seen a pic and im like145 and im only 12 though im 5'6 also so i think it juzt depends on ur figure my bff is juzt like 5 lbs overweight and she looks really fat and pudgy so it depends on ur figure my figure is curvy and big not fat but more like big boned. i dont wear skinny jeans cuz they make me look fat if u feel like that others think ur big then maybe exercize im not talking about 1 hr a day sort of thing in fact its really easy hears wat i do
* i got a shiatzu stability ball(less than $10.00 at walmart) and i lay on the ball like on the picture for every other commercial during a regular 1 hr show.
* then i used my medicine ball ( 6 lbs less that $10.00 at walmart) during the rest of the commercials i take the ball and twist and some times i raise the ball, then almost drop it while sticking out my but,
*and 2 fine tune my arms i used a 5 lb dumbell and did 20 on each arm
* 4 my legs i did splits and jumproped on a mini trampoline
* last but not least make sure u dont use anything more than 5lbs on ur arm 7lbs @ the least unless u want muscles remember start out small and work ur way up if u do this every day i guarantee that u will start to see results in a month if u do this religiously hope this helps -luv foamy-
