Flat stomach...FAST?!


Question: ok..I stopped workn out a few months ago & gained alot of weight back... I NEED to lose the tummy n weight in less than a month 1/2... please help?!...what can I do??? thx =]

Well first, you got to commit yourself to working out. Develop a routine of your own that works out all the abdominal areas. I'd say you should do this routine every day but you don't have to. A month and a half is a lot of time to develop sexy abs ^_^. When you do the routine don't stop when you feel the burn, cause thats when your working hardest and losing weight.Also mix in some jogging and biking, not just crunches. If you want I can tell you my crunch routine I do everyday.

My routine:

30 normal crunches
30 left oblique crunches
30 right oblique crunches
30 leg raised crunches
30 right side crunches
30 left side crunches
30 more leg raised crunches
30 left to right oblique crunches
Finally 100 crunches to end it.

You might not feel the burn at first, but if you do all these one right after another without stopping you WILL feel the burn, I guarantee it.

So good luck, try hard, and you should be thinner in no time.

jogging, situps and crunches

You need to try to run everyday or every other day, about 2 miles or so. You also should do sit-ups and push-ups every night. It will help and you'll gain muscle too! I hope it helped.
