135lbs fat?!


Question: im 5'7 and 14 [9th grade] there's lots of peer pressure and i know muscle weighs more than fat and i would say i exercise alot at least 3 times a day in 30 minute sections bur i eat well not ALOT but i like food haha

your not fat at all im 14, 5'7, and 135 pounds too and I know for a fact that your not considered fat. If anyone thinks your fat their wrong

If you want to reduce your weight here are some useful tips to u.

135 for 5'7" is not fat. I'm 5'7", 135 is an excellent weight, especially if you are working out, nice and toned.

You are fine don't worry about it. Rule of thumb: Start at 5 feet, 100 lbs, then add 5 lbs for every inch you are over 5 feet. You are just right.

your 14... does it really matter? your height and weight is fine.

your weight is perfect for your age and height. dont give into peer pressure.

i checked your height and your weight to the Body Mass Index. it says your in the desierable zone. 18.4 to 21. 6 so your ok.

Your ideal weight would be 135 lbs, so your weight at 135 lbs is fine.
