Am i well "fat"?!


Question: i know im over weight but does anyone have any specific diet planes like a grocery list? haha, c im 135 lbs. but im 5'7 so that puts me in a tie cause im taller than a usuall 14 year old .

i don't know what you're talking about. that sounds perfect. just rounding you should be at least 135 bc if you were 5' you would weigh 100 and you should be 5 lbs for every inch you are over 5'. so 5 times 7 equals 35 and 35 plus 100 equals 135!so you're perfect!=)

it depends on what you look like, not how much you weigh.

some girl w/ a muscular toned body can weigh 135 and look amazing, vs someone who's chunky and not in shape can weigh the same and look terrible.

so it all depends.

cant just judge by weight vs. height.

cut the carbs, no breads, pastas, potatoes.

no sodas, juices.

do not eat after 7 pm.

also, run 3 times a week for at least 20-30 mins.

then - u will see amazing results.

NO you are not over weight! you are perfectly fine. and if you calculated your BMI, and it said you were voer weight, ignore it. not everything that weighs something is necessarily fat. you have muscles that could weigh a lot as well. just eat the right foods, lots of vegetables and fruits, drink lots of water and exercise frequently. half an hour a day should be good.

your not really taller than the usual 14 year old, im just 15 and i was 5ft7 before and so are my friends

you dont seem overweight. and just eat healthy foods like sandwiches and rice. i eat those spaghetti bolognese microwave meals , which is kinda healthy.

135 lb at 5'7 is just fine ... depends however on how you really look. Muscle weighs more than fat so you could be really muscular and be skinny but weigh a bit. 135 lb is good imo either way
