What's a good cardio-kickboxing routine I can do at home?!
Question: I love cardio-kickboxing, but can't afford my gym right now. I want to do it on my own at home instead. Do you know of any good kickboxing routines?

Im not too sure of kickboxing routines, but i know of aeorobic kicks? they're really good for keeping fit, so maybe you could try this aswell as some kickboxing you already know of :)
Aerobic Kick Routine
1. Basic Squats x 20
2. Jog on the spot (30 seconds) [active rest]
3. Squat, side kick (right side) x 20
4. Calf raises (both) (30 seconds) [active rest]
5. Squat, side kick (left side) x 20
6. Jog on the spot (30 seconds) [active rest]
7. Knee lifts x 20. March for 4 counts. Kicks x 20 (right side)
8. Calf raises (both) (30 seconds) [active rest]
9. Knee lifts x 20. March for 4 counts. Kicks x 20 (left side)
**Stretching is important at the end of your work-out.
