The season has ended and i surely know that i gained weight,what diet can i do?!

Try the Southbeach Diet. It's not exactly a diet, but you are much healthier and if you actually need to lose weight, you will if you go on the diet.

I'm not overweight, but I started that diet and found that the food is really tasty, and I had a lot more energy. Also, you need to exercise. You don't have to go to the gym or anything, but if you buy 10 lb. weights and look up a few lifting exercises on the internet, you'll be good. (You also need cardio, though, like running. I run around my backyard for fifteen minutes a day).

Well. just run around ur block or sumthing, and do at home exercises ot stay fit, and eat healthy, you should nt be scared of not staying fit, after al, youve gone thru being fit thru the reason, mgiht as well keep it that way

because your insecure, just pick up your pace. move faster. fat people walk slow, skinny people walk around like they are late for something.

Dont eat crap food and go for long walks occassionally. Dont do diets, it stuffs up your metabolism...just eat well all the time, then you wont have to worry about becoming a porker.

If you really feel that way, I would check a BMI calculator if I were you. It tells you specifically wether your weight is right or not. Since everybody tells you that, you should probably listen to them, since they care about you, they would let you know if you're gaining weight. You should be fine. Just eat properly and exercise.

if that doesnt work dont limit your food exercise more if you live in a cold country maybe going for a run at 7.00 in the morning isnt to appealing but if you live in a hot country try it.

In order to keep in shape you have to practice as you already know but in order to keep your weight the same you need to eat more vegetables less crabs and enough protein.
Remember to eat fruits instead of chocolate and water instead of other sugared drinks.

Im the same way.Im short so weight shows up quicker on me so i try to maintain my weight.Honestly i try to eat good but if theres something bad like pizza around,i only have a slice.Its all about moderation esp.if your just trying to balance a weight your happy with.It always helps if you exercise too.Try not to be too self concious,it will just get you depressed,trust me ive been there.When you start feeling good and confident with yourself,everyone will notice:)
