How to lose weight, and alot of questions about weight loss?!


Question: Hey! I'm 12... I'm 120 Pounds, and i'm five foot - two. I think I'm a bit big for my size... Am I a bit heavier than the average weight for my age? Another question... Any healthy diet suggestions? I am allergic to shrimp. Help would be really needed! Thanks in advance!

well you're still young,
and it maybe all baby fat.
maybe trying joining some sort of sport.
try jogging.
and since you're young, try seeing a doctor first
before starting a diet.
he should be able to tell you what to do.

OK lots of people do some stupid stuff like stop eating or drugs and hay it works but you get sick and could die so what i think you should do stop eating rubbish eat healthy food

u are not a bit heavier for your age. golly. a 12 yr old thinks she is overweight? u are fine where u r.

Ok try weight watchers, I was the same as you when I was younger. I don't think you need to loose a lot of weight. SO try weight watchers. YOu can do it when you are 12 if you have a doctor slip. Some weight watcher places don't even need a doctor slip. Its the easiest thing in the world. I have treid diets before. And this one has worked the best. I have lost 30 lbs. SO it works and it is easy. Another thing you can do is pick up a sport or do some excerising. But make sure you like the sport. If you don't enjoy it then you won't want to do it. And then you can't loose weight. Also each smaller portions and it your food slower. That helped me a lot. Ok well I hope this helps. Good Luck!
