What is the best way to exercise without gym equipment?!

Funny question I just posted something about this in my blog under the title "workout for free".. basically a lot of my clients say they dont workout coz they cant afford a gym membership (which are stupidly expensive) so I put together a simple resistance/cardio workout they can do at home or at a park. check it out for the whole workout http://myfitmate.blogspot.com/
basically there are countless amounts of equipment just laying around, things like food tins, stones, buckets (filled wth water) logs, etc, as well as this the best basic workouts are things like push ups sit ups, tricep dips, lunges, squats etc..i've added videos to my blog to demonstrate it too

Good old running and calisthenics. Never fails and is cheap.

swimming...running...and sit ups

working core is also good.

do the good old regular push ups and sit ups. with tht u wil get results fast!!!!

jumping jacks and running inplace, also crunches and butt squats

walking is good. There is a really good man's magazine called 'mens health'. I'd get a copy of that, its got stacks of tips on how to get fit and strategies on getting great abs.

Swimming definitly.. I use to well.. 2 years ago I use to go everyday to my local swimming pool two blocks from me.. I use during the SUMMER.. everyday i'd use to go swim laps for about... 20minutes and then by the end of it (summer) I realized these ... things on my body it was totally hot :D I had no idea what abs where and how I could get em it's pretty easy from swimming
