What shall i do about my weight?!


Question: Hi im 16 and i am 45kg and i dnt no wat to do because i hate the way i look and just wanna loose weight but all ways find it really hard to stick to it. My mum always keeps saying im fine the way i am but she doesnt no how i fill about what i look like.
i always think my friends think i am fat and i am like the skineus out of all of use but all the boy say im fat and i just need help because they always talk to my mates and say there fit and stuff like that but then they say im fat. just dnt no what to do.

how tall are you??

If you are the skinniest of all your friends I don't think you should worry about it.

If you want to lose a little bit I would suggest aerobic exercises and some light lifting for toning only.
