That's sounds good. Look at your diet too and eat healthy.
I suggest doing some exercises that get the legs moving, such as walking, jogging, running, swimming or bike riding.
These exercises that really get your heart pumping will burn the weight off quickly.

I like push ups, yoga stretches, pull ups, crunches, curl ups, leg stretches, calf raises, and squats as far as being good toning exercises that use no equipment and cost zero money to perform.

Well if you run that much and diet you should begin to loose weight. I think you should be able to meet your goal within a month. Don't forget to drink a ton of water and do a warm up and cool down before and afterwards. (those always help the most)

I don't think that anyone can give you an exact number. If you do want to lose weight then I would suggest throwing in a long run (2.5 to 3 times your usual) once a week. The long runs always do wonders for me. If you are a beginner then don't run 5 times a week. You'll just wear yourself down. Shoot for 3 or 4 times a week. For the record, 124 sounds pretty light to me. Just be safe in losing the weight. You might also want to try posting your question at a website for runners. You'll get better answers there. Just be sure to provide more specific information (gender, age, goals). Otherwise all you get are questions and no answers.
