150 calories a day is way too low.

That is a ridiculous and dangerous target to aim for. Maximum healthy weight loss is around 2lbs a week.

You Should NEVER Go Under 1800 Cals A Day. 150 Is To Low. Should Eat 1800 Cals Atleast Burn Atleast 500 A Day.

Don't worry about how much you'll lose in 3 months.....because on that diet and exercises regime you'll be dead in 3 months.

Eat at least 1000 calories every day. No health care professional will EVER recommend eating less than that for weight loss.

That's a dangerously low number of calories. During the Holocaust, prisoners in concentration camps were given more to eat than that. Where the hell did you get an idiotic idea like trying to lose weight by eating 150 calories a day?

i wouldnt advise eating 150 calories a day, i was on a diet and exercising and i ate 1200 calories a day and i lost 10 kg or about 20 pound in 4 weeks

I am not kidding, YOU CAN LOSE YOUR LIFE. Don't do this. Visit a doctor or dietician for guidance on exercise and for nutritional advice. Stay clear of fad diets or magazine diets. Look to good looks with good health.

Darling you are not overweight. 150 calories won't sustain you. The problem with extreme dieting is that you can mess up your body big time. I know that doesn't seem important at 15 but later on when you can't have kids or have heart problems - it will matter. Also, if you go into starvation mode you might find your body hanging on to every calorie you give it. Cut out all the junk, eat loads of raw fruit and vegetables, do your hour of cardio a day. But be kind to yourself, you'll look sexier if you're fit, toned and healthy. Guys love that. They don't like the sunken-eyed starving person look. Plus man, it ages you like you wouldn't believe

Plus you don't need to lose weight.

Double check with a doctor about your calorie intake, don't start anything like that without a doctors say so.

Please, also double check how many calories you need per day, I'm sure it's A LOT more than 150.

With your current weight, you're underweight, so you don't even need to lose weight. And if you were to eat 150 calories a day and do 1 hour of cardio a day, you would feel very very fatigued because you're burning more calories than you're taking in, and because of your weight you obviously don't have many fat reserves your body would start to eat away at the muscle. My advice:you don't have to lose weight, if you want to, eat at leat 1,000 calories a day.

if you drop from 2000 to 150 then its gonna be a shock for your body gradually ease it down but dont go as low as 150 !!! im not going to lecture you about anorexia or starving yourself because you probably know all that.

you need roughly 1300 calories a day to just do things like walking round the house, getting dressed etc.

also its not just about the amount of calories you eat its also about the amount of fat and carbs. eg. you could eat 1000 cals of good food a day and be healthy or 1000 of choc and be slim but spotty and unhealthy.

i think that you need to seriously research diet adn weightloss before you start anything drastic.

You cannot live on 150 calories a day. AND you are only 118 pounds. You shouldn't lose weight.

You will get very weak, open yourself to sickness because your immune system will not have enough strength to fight off anything, and you could actually wind up in the hospital.

Your body NEEDS at LEAST 800 to 1000 calories a DAY to stay healthy. And it is NOT necessarily the calories, it is the FAT and CARBS too that matter. You need to do much more research on this.

In ANY case, it is MUCH wiser to take weight off gradually - cutting your body down too quickly puts it in shock - then your body starts making FAT in attempt to keep it going. It actually does the opposite of what you want.

150 cals.... Think about it- what could you eat? A banana and a few crackers? To put it bluntly, your heart will stop.

u will lose a ton but unless ur planning on eating 150 calories every single day fpr the rest of ur life then u will only out it all back on hun!
such a waste of time trust me. just up ur exercise and eat more fruits and u will be fine. dieting isnt just losing weight short term,. it is a lifestyle change babes.

at your age, height and weight you do not need to lose any weight! It is extremely dangerous to only eat 150 calories per day! Try 1300-1500 cals per day instead.

If you only eat 150 cals per day, you will be seriously anorexic, and harming your body! You should not go lower than 1200 calories, unless a doctor advises it. But I am telling you right now - 150cals is WAY too low, and you don;t appear to need to lose the weight anyways. Please do NOT start a diet like this, and if you feel you must - please get some counseling. Don't start a vicious cycle like this!

You are very underweight for your height and DO NOT need to lose any weight. If you continue to eat only 150 calories a day, your body will start to shut down and you are putting yourself at risk for kidney failure, heart problems, thinning of the hair, dry skin, very low metabolism, tooth decay, constipation, etc. As a minimum, you should be consuming at least 1200 calories a day. It appears you may have some self esteem issues. You should be dealing with those if this is the case. You should be talking to your parents about this.

150 calories? A cup of light yougurt is 100 calories...so what's the extra 50 calories for?

I hope you neglected to put a zero on the end of 150. I really don't have anything more about how horrible it would be for your health if you ate that little. My daughter is three months old and eats more than 150 calories a day and is wonderfully, blessedly healthy and happy. (She eats all of the wonderful, yummy, good real foods I eat. There are theories that a baby gets his taste for food in the womb and with breast milk. If that's the case, then my daughter is going to shun meat and dairy and pure junk when she can choose her own foods.) If you ate only 150 calories a day, you would literally die.

If you keep active and eat whole, real foods in somewhat moderation (I don't put limits on the amounts of fruits and veggies I eat in a day) you will be much better off.

Not enough cals one hr of hard cario will burn off at least 1000 cals not to mention the 500-1000 or so you body naturally burns just to stay alive. 150 is not enough. your already borderline underweight. You have little fat so you body will start burning protein (muscle). at 150 cal per day you will start having health problems within a week or so. DEAD! in a month or two.

DON'T DO IT.
