Should I do my Bicep Curls standing up or down?!


Question: sitting down you get more isolation standing up you can obviously do more weight because of the torque of your back i personally would go for the isolation unless your working out just for muscle mass alone

lol, maybe standing up, but i dont know for sure b/c im not a personal trainer or anything

It doesn't really matter. When you stand up, your more likely to move your back. If you sit down with your back against a chair or something, your less likely to. Personally, I prefer standing up, so I do mine that way.
