I want to start doing yoga and being more heathy...?!

Question: i don't want to take a class, just something i can do to relieve stress and get fit at home. what kind of videos and equipment do i need? i don't want to spend too much money.

also, i want to start eating more healthy. what are some easy inexpensive "after-school" snacks? also what are some healthy lunches that are easy and inxpensive to pack?

thanks!!

if you buy a few hand weights ..denise austin has workouts that come out on TV on lifetime every morning. Well weekdays. She's great. She incorporates yoga and pilates and a little kick boxing for a total body tone. Good old fashion jogging can do the trick too..and requires no equipment, add some push ups and sit ups and lunges and you are goo.
Or you can try just making a cd with all your favorite fast paced music and dance and let go for about 45 hours..you find it to be very very fun and burns lots of calories.
-I really like the FIRM workout dvd's but they are challenging so if you are a beginner I don't know
-Step aerobic dvd's are the best!!! you just need to buy a step ..she shouldn't be no more than around $20 dollars.

-I love special K bars..when I have the munchies. They are only 90 calories and they are pretty cheap at target. Healthy lunches..salads, fruit slices, low fat low cal yogurt, and maybe some dinner left overs or tuna made with low cal mayonnaise. Portion controlled sizes.
-kashi go lean bars, sun valley granola bars are good and low call to.
-string cheese and fruit
-and if you want a real treat I like to get the 25 calorie hot cocoa from ralphs. I use two packs, 4 oz water 4 oz fat free milk, banana, and ice..and you have a very very low cal chocolate banana smoothie. Oh you might want to add some splenda or equal to make it taste yummmmyy.
