do not eat too much but you should gain muscle mass not weight so workout and use some weights to gain muscle mass not fat mass...!!! but some people go and eat unhealthy food but that is so so so bad for your body just eat three meals a day a run and still keep active some people their body are just made thin so yes some people think my cousin is anereoxic and people have said that about her since she was little but she eats and she works out and is in sports so dont eat unhealthy food jsut to gain weight your body is made thin prob good luck hope this helped you !!!!!!!!!!!!!
