How do I get rid of my weight?!
Question: I am 19 yrs old 5'5" weighing 140 lbs. Much of my weight is muscle weight but body fat tends to build up around my belly area only and I don't like how it looks like. What should I do?

Doing cardio will help lose the weight. Also, you can do sit ups to tone the muscle. The combo will help trim down your belly. Good luck and be patient!
