Appropriate weight? (or, alternately, how much weight should I lose?)?!
Question: I am 17, and a male. I am about 5'11" and I weigh about 15.5 stone (about ~ 217 lbs. if you're from the states.)
Is this an appropriate weight or do I need to lose some amount of weight? Note that my weight is not caused by me being a bodybuilder or anything, I am in fact rather muscle-less...
Also, please don't send me links to BMI calculators; they're a crock because they don't take into account things like muscle mass, frame size, etc...
What's a good target/ballpark weight for me?
