well, im 18 5'6 and i was 175. i have lost 35 pounds but it took me 5 months, i was tired of hearing comments about my weight from my friends and i decided to change that, just dieting and working out one hour and half averyday, dont starve urself hun, it only works for a few days and when ur metabolism slows down u will feel tired and u will gain the weight back. i can do it but u have to commit to it!! good luck!

your not that fat dont worry just try to eat healthier and everything will be all good trust me. Im the 1 who needs to gain weight i dont even think im 100 pounds and im 14 LOL

This is a pretty stupid question,nobody is going to motivate you to lose weight BUT You.

You just want people to suck up to you and say "no,your not fat at all,your beautiful,wanna cyber?"

So,I say,if you are REALLY wondering how to lose weight..Eat right and excercise,Geeze.

At 13 you are full of energy. Looks like you live in a warm place. If I were you I'll be playin tennis, soccer or just jogging. Drink planty of water. Loose the pastry, cookies and canies. Fruits are great!
