How can I gain some weight in a period of 3-4 months?!?!
Question: I'm currently 20 years old(male) and I weight about 136pounds. I want to weight about 155pounds, But I mostly want to develop my chest and not get a bigger(in an unhealthy way) stomach.
Is proper sleeting time (11pm till 7am) important? does my sleeping time have any effect on my health?
Should I stick to 3 meals a day or more?

eat lots of carbohydrates and nuts .. u need to work out often and work on ur chest muscle .. just hit the gym often ; )
3 meals a day sit ups puch ups are a good way to add healthy mass
Just eat fatty products..
well mussle is more mass then fat so work out

Go running, work out with weights
You'll have more mass in no time
The best way is to lift weights and gradually do more each time. You can go the gym and ask for a personal trainer to suit your needs.
I would say eat lots of meat and salty food and work out alot.
