Well - if you only buy the best food you might get the most flavor and be satisfied - and your finances will limit your food intake.
If you want to lose weight you can do that easily by sticking to a food plan that consist of 3 modest meals a day without any flour or added sugar content and only drinking non caloric beverages
Breakfast:
8 oz of non fat plain yogurt or cottage cheese
1 oz of plain oatmeal or shredded wheat
1 fruit
Lunch
4 oz of steamed or grilled meat or fish or 2 eggs or 2 oz cheese (heed the "or" doesn't mean "and")
6 oz of steamed or grilled vegetable
6 oz of salad
1 Tbsp of oil
1 fruit
Dinner
same as lunch only 12 oz of salad
(salad can be green leafs as well as any raw vegetable)
its not worth it i wasted 100 or more dollors are useless food that they add extra ingredients that are not good for u
