Want to lose weight...?!
Question: Im going to start the special k diet soon.
This is what I was planning on eating each day:
*2 bowls of special k cereal
*1 special k meal bar
*unlimited raw fruits and veggies
*1 diet soda
*a multi vitamin
*unlimited water
And I was going to exercise for 1 hour each day. Is this a healthy diet? and after I lose all the weight, how would I switch back to a "normal" diet to maintain my weight?? I am a vegetarian and need a diet that works with this. How many calories would I have to eat and how much would I have to exercise?

yes! it will be a little hard but u have the right idea. i might take what u said and use it to lose my last 5 pounds.
good luck
I would say that you should include a real meal in your diet with some protein for working out like a veggie burger or something...because the diet it sounds like you're going for does not include enough calories to support you, and if you excercise everyday you will need fuel in your body! Just make sure you don't go under 1200 calories so that when you switch back to "normal" mode you won't gain the weight back!
yea include real food..and cut the diet soda to once every two days...even though its diet its still soda
yeah that sounds abit anorexic to me, you need at least one real piece of meal in there, aka meat- or just any protein, try fish!
