I started working out again a few weeks ago, and I am becoming covered in veins.!
Question: I used to work out regularly for around 8 months, then I became very busy and stopped. I never had any problems with my veins, they were rather normal looking then. But I resumed by workouts about a week ago, and I'm covered in veins now. M girlfriend hates them, and I don't particularly like them either. Any home remedies or workout tips on how to avoid/ shrink veins?

Is your current workout different than your previous one? I don't know of a way to "shrink" your veins nor do I think it sounds like a very healthy thing to try and do. Your girlfriend sounds a bit naive. If you're really concerned, see your doctor. It doesn't sound like anything abnormal. The thinner your skin/less body fat you have, the more your veins will show. That's natural.

use lighter weights
bloods rinnong thru your vessels wich cuze the msucles blood to run alot faster its no biggy but if so check out a docter to be surevot me best asnwer pelase
